An action figure is defined as a posable character figure, made of plastic or other materials, and often based upon a movie, comic book, video game, or television program. Action figures come in various sizes. The most common size is based on a 6" or 7" scale. Most figures come with accessories and/or interchangeable parts. Interchangeable parts could include extra heads with different facial expressions, extra hands for gripping accessories such as weapons, etc. There a few different ways that action figures come packaged.

There are many different manufacturers that make these great toys. Many have been making these figures for over 30 years.

Fans continue to collect these figures growing their collection to a personal shrine.
